Do you hate watching and listening to yourself on video?

Yes - it can be painful, but, it’s also one of the best ways to improve your presentation skills and your confidence!

Film yourself rehearsing your presentation, say on your smartphone.

Then, look back at the video footage and write down 2 things you liked about your delivery and 1 thing you’d like to improve.

Each time you rehearse, refer back to this list and keep adding to it.

This is both a motivating practice and a great way to fast-track your progress!
