When your presentation matters

I help professionals and leaders deliver presentations that matter - conference speeches, investor pitches, fundraising presentations, panel discussions, and keynotes, where your reputation and results are on the line.

Every high-stakes moment is different.

I design training around your specific scenario, audience, and objectives, whether you're pitching to a board, speaking at an industry conference, or presenting to potential funders.

I work around your schedule because I understand the demands on busy professionals. Saturday appointments are available, with Sunday and after-hours sessions by request.

  • “Susan recently delivered a series of workshops on public speaking and writing speeches and presentations for our community. We found her to be engaging, dedicated to her craft and saw how she creates safe and supportive spaces for workshop participants to develop their public speaking and presentation skills. Partnering with her has been a positive experience.”

  • “I have worked with Susan as a fellow trainer for Citizen Climate Lobby for about 2 years. We have done many presentations together. Susan is a total professional - she is extremely well organised, always thoroughly prepared and keen to do everything to the best of her ability. Susan is intelligent, well spoken and clear in her presentations. As a person, Susan is very likeable, kind, supportive, diplomatic, reliable and always positive. She is a person that others warm to easily. I have found Susan to be very easy to work with and always enjoyed our relationship. I would totally recommend Susan for any professional engagement without hesitation.”

    -Pam Pitt

  • “I recently attended a workshop by Susan Weser at NAB Village on strategies to beat procrastination. Being a regular workshop attendee, I had an idea of what to expect. But Susan didn't just stand and deliver like most trainers do. She engaged us from the first minute with a very professional slide presentation, facilitated a roundtable discussion that got even the quietest members participating, and brought her unique energy and fresh perspective to a topic everyone knows about, and turned even that into a challenge to transform our personal productivity habits. I highly recommend Susan if you are looking for a professional corporate trainer, speaker, or facilitator for your in-house programs.”

    -Serena Low

  • “Susan Weser has been conducting short courses at Glen Eira U3A for a few years now. Susan has also been instrumental in assisting us to develop our “seniors” Digital Literacy strategy and conducting these courses for our members. She is professional, intelligent, resourceful and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Susan.“

    -Anne-Margaret Healy

  • “Susan is so easy to listen to. Her advice and teachings are heartfelt. She really does care. I would recommend her every time.”

    - Annie Galiano

  • “Thank you for your wonderful talk yesterday. Everyone was very taken with what you said, and hopefully will change their lives as a result.”

    - Margaret Turner

  • “Last week I experienced Susan’s workshop on wellness. I can be cynical about the plethora of people telling me how to improve - however this workshop was not airy-fairy. It provided sensible, practical ideas to improve wellness. I especially appreciated Susan’s strategies for achieving better sleep and for managing stress. I’ve put some of them into practice, and they have already made a difference. This was a workshop that was well worth taking the time to attend - interesting, practical, good-humoured and VERY well presented.”

From Invisible to Influential

Early in my career, I worked in Information Technology, including two years as an IT consultant in New York City. I thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, constantly learning and adapting.

But public speaking terrified me. In meetings, I stayed quiet. During weekly status reports, my face reddened, my heart raced, and I felt completely self-conscious.

That fear cost me—I missed out on a Business Analyst promotion I desperately wanted because I couldn't speak up confidently.

That setback became my catalyst. I completed public speaking courses, joined speaking groups, became a certified trainer, and spoke in front of every audience I could find.

What started as overcoming a fear became a passion and a calling.

Now, I facilitate workshops, feeling energised and fulfilled.

My mission is to fast-track your speaking success using the strategies I learned through my own transformation.
